An indefinite residence permit in Russia was received by the whistleblower of the British and American intelligence services, Edward Snowden. A programmer working for the NSA and the CIA who accidentally ended up in Moscow six years ago has already twice received a temporary three-year residence permit in the Russian Federation. One of the conditions for granting a residence permit was the refusal to act against the United States.
