In this video, Dr. Christine reviews the results of the ISCHEMIA TRIAL where 5000+ patients were split into randomized groups. One group of the cardiac patients were treated with invasive procedures (stents, heart catheterization, etc.) and the other group was only given medication and/or dietary and lifestyles changes.
The results found NO difference between the 2 groups. This means far less invasive procedures will be recommended as a result which could save millions for patients.
