An observation about blood in the Holy Bible.(version 2)
In Romans chapter 3 starting in verse 23 it states, “since all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, they are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as an expiation by his blood, to be received by faith.” So, it is through faith in the blood of Christ Jesus, shed at the cross, the gospel of Christ, that a person is redeemed and atoned, and a believer then becomes a member of the body of Christ as chapter 12 verse 12 states, “For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.” Then, 1Corinthians chapter 12 verse 27 states, “Now you are the body of Christ, and individually members of it.” It seems logical to me, the blood of Christ, sustains the body of Christ. Have a great day.
