SEC simply accepted the false claims of the CCP agents and froze all the money of the GTV investors, who are also the followers of the Whistleblowers’ Movement. They took the money in early 2021, and said they will give back the money to investors. However, more than a year and a half later, the majority of the money is still held by the SEC, and they only returned 1/10 of the investments.
