Listening to Riccardo Bosi’s plans, through AustraliaOne, to have a formalised method for the electorate to hold their elected representative, state or federal, to account, at any stage of the electoral cycle, and be efficiently and swiftly replaceable upon a new local election, inspires me. Why wasn’t such a structure put into place a hundred years ago?
