On Day 20 of his water fasting journey (Day 2 of re-feeding), Dr. Group discusses the specifics and importance of how to break a fast. He will cover every detail of how he took his supplements the night before and this morning, also talking more about what he ate throughout the previous day. While doing so, he reflects on how it is becoming more and more common for us to eat too quickly. This is the first time Dr. Group has incorporated a beverage other than water into his daily routine since he began his fast and is seeing no pains in his stomach -- continuing to see success in his method.
