Why did the Washington State legislators create a law that went into effect on 1/1/2021 that makes it impossible for normal citizens to get death rate information in a timely fashion (or at all)?

It would sure be nice to have access to that, as we did last year, especially to look into things like whether death rates have changed since the jab started, but alas, we don't get to do that anymore. Things that make me go, "Hmmm..."
