Justin, a new father of a 3 month old son, stopped for cigarettes at Hypoluxo Food Mart and paid for them using his tip money. Upon seeing the money, the men standing in line behind Justin followed him outside and, in the process of robbing him, shot him. Justin was taken to the hospital, but died a short time later.
