Incomplete radio communication may have caused DC plane crash.
Air traffic control told the helicopter pilot to watch for the airliner, but the transmission was interrupted by a 0.8-second microphone button on the Black Hawk, NTSB Chairman Jennifer Homendy said.
He also said investigators have yet to make a final determination for the cause of the accident because some of the data collected is conflicting.
