Greece was the bronze aspect, and Rome the iron aspect. The Iron Age was brutal. The fourth kingdom, the legs of iron, is Rome.
Do we still see aspects of Rome in governments today?
It doesn't end with Rome: Rome gets a revival, later becoming Catholic Rome (the next empire).
