This is the greatest reason ever to come to Costa Rica. So many of you have asked me why they should consider coming down. This is the ultimate reason; every other reason I give you is also good, but this one is absolutely the best. Mental health is something that not very many people ever consider and that is the biggest thing in the world you must consider. If your mental health is not 100%, you will never be 100%.

I was achieving 1% of my entire capacity in Canada and I want to be meeting all of my personal goals, which means I must be at 100%! Coming to Costa Rica is the greatest thing I ever did.
