With the 6.4 quake that struck Taiwan shaking buildings off foundations, buckling roads and damaging bridges, there is a new paper from NCU Professor Lee Chyi Tyi that points to a 100 year cycle of quake activity. Now lets overlay that with the intensifying grand solar minimum and repeat of 1815 solar activity.
