Sporkette shares her moist, not-too-sweet, plain, no icing chocolate pumpkin cupcake recipe.
1 box chocolate cake mix (chocolate fudge flavored preferred)
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
¾ tsp. Pumpkin Spice
¾ tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup water
Mix for at least 3 minutes.
Fill paper baking cups 1/2-3/4 full in muffin pan.
Pre-heat oven 350-degrees.
Bake 25-30 minutes.
Poke with toothpick to check if done.
Makes 24 cupcakes (approx.).
