I found an Error Code "0" tripped OSG reset workaround. Acorn Curve Stairlift Repair Diary.

My Acorn curved repair diary.  Many Bison 80 Acorn Curve 80 180 curve stair lift owners will be upset when they learn what triggered their OSG (Over Speed Governor) lockup.  Hint:  It wasn't an overspeed, in my experience.  I have seen many Bison Acorn chairlift owners' puzzled posts on the internet.  People found the tripped OSG error to be very frustrating to figure out, fix, and prevent future lockout problems.  DIY Acorn curved stair lift repairers and owners will like what I did.  Errorcode zero.  Vancouver BC.
