The whole body was covered with white paint, the dog was completely helpless to continue life. He had paint spilled on him, it's unclear whether it was someone else's doing or an accident. But his condition is quite bad now! He couldn't move anymore. The toxins appear to have entered the body through the eyes, nose and mouth.
