You can see debris and failed AD falling on residential areas multiple times in the video.

Ukraine, of course, places its AD systems within city limits as if Russian missiles and drones just spawn there and don’t travel through uninhibited or rural areas to get there.

But of course, you can blame every failed AD attempt or debris falling on Russian missiles and claim that if a system is hit in the city, Russia is targeting civilians.

It has been like that since day one.
