THIS IS A REPEAT. The ones who do not enter into the Social Credit System will become the "Targeted Individuals"... an off shoot of the Non-Complaint Individual program... this combination of programs was tested out on people in the population, from what I know, 2018/19/20. I was a targeted individual for almost 2 years. And it never made any sense. They're was never a motive. I almost lost my mind, myself, my entire reality was flipped on its head. It drives you MAD. YOU don't know if it's your device, you, the network, platform, a mistake maybe... maybe try again? You'll never know bcuz no one will say anything... but what will happen is your device will be interacting w programs differently that are or aren't part of the SCS system. More importantly, THEY will be interacting different w you. The only way to beat it is to stop, set it all down... and walk away. I hope you are ready for this.
