In this episode of Press TV’s Spotlight, Dr Marcus Papadopoulos averred that the Syrian people’s victory in the war waged against them by the West has constituted a turning-point in international affairs. Dr Papadopoulos said that on the back of Syria’s victory, an unofficial alliance comprising Syria, Russia, Iran, and Hezbollah has emerged and is now confronting American mastery in the Middle East. Furthermore, Dr Papadopoulos highlighted how two NATO countries - America and Turkey - are illegally occupying Syrian territory.
