Retired U.S. Army Col. Douglas Macgreagor, who served as an advisor at the Department of Defense during the Trump administration, said that Zelensky’s resistance is foolish and that he is not a hero. Moreover, he said, Russia was “too gentle” on the Ukrainians during the initial phase of the invasion.
