Wanted to go to gym yesterday but I rested up. So tonight  I was aiming for 3 Work sets of. 170 lbs for 2 reps each. 

To my surprise I ended up moving 170lbs  for 3 sets of 4 ,3, and 2 reps. Drug Free and stronger than ever ! Whoever said that when you're old you can only try to maintain your strength is Wrong !  One can increase their strength and muscle at any age. !
