This year I began marinating Nigella sativa, black cumin seeds, in olive oil, and keeping it in the fridge, to use a couple of times, or more, during the day after taking supplements. Many vitamins are fat soluble, or have fat-soluble components, which the olive oil helps with, and the black cumin, ground in my blender, is the cure for everything, except death (only one way to find out!).
