Most microgreens producers I know and learned from grow with two strips lights per shelf on a shelving unit. It ensures consistent growth and full leaf production. But do you need two?

I saw Donny Greens and Curtis Stone talking about this on a brief clip on Curtis' From the Field service (https://fromthefield.tv) and Donny has one growing with one T5 per shelf with great results. The micros do look like they are stretching, but that's just fine for most uses! Does this really work? Will it work with an LED T5 as well? (T5 just indicates bulb diameter)
