Poor Husky dog was badly deformed after 5 months of being abandoned by his owner

This Alaskan dog looks very skinny, like it hasn't been taken care of. He didn't even have enough water to drink, he had no body hair. and his testicles were abnormally large. The person filming the video suspected that he was sick and being abused
