Yes Ian was weather warefare.  No doubt about it.  This was not a couple of fishermen with M 80's thrown into the water.  Like we used to do when we would go to Baja California south of San Diego to go surfing around Ensenada.  There is really good surf down there. Like at K38 .   We would always go to the firework store to buy some M 80's .  Those were so much fun to blow up.  I really do miss doing that.
