This is a snippet of Aldous Huxley. He mentions a "controlling oligarchy" which presumably will always exist and would keep control of humanity better by subtle means rather than just terrorism and torture. So, presumably, we mighty better aim for a Greater than Great Reset if you know what I mean (chuckle).
