Hyperspace Delivery Boy is a mix between puzzle game, adventure and action game. It was originally developed by Monkeystone Games for Windows Mobile. The Linux port was developed by Eon Games and published by British company Linux Game Publishing. the game also came out for PC.

You play Guy Carrington, a rookie delivery boy who just started at a delivery company. The story takes place in a distant future. Despite all scientific achievements, digital communication has become impossible due to a kind of creature feeding on the waves. Hence mankind has fallen back to sending messages via conventional mail.

The game uses a top-down view similar to 16-bit JRPGs or Chip's Challenge. You will eventually get deliver tasks when talking to people. Often, you first need to find the object or message to deliver somewhere in the current level. On the way, you need to avoid or fight enemies and get rid of obstacles. The latter involves finding keys or other things to open doors, push away objects Sokoban-style or push switches.
