Long sought for, I had a sit-down meet with Vince Connelly, who won the Federal seat of Stirling in the 2019 federal election, after long term member, former Justice Minister, Michael Keenan, did not recontest the seat he had held for about 15 years. Granted 20 minutes, taking 25, I spoke the first third on greatness in politics and life in general, and the last two thirds on the Australian response to the Covid-19 situation. Vince, and his assistant, Anton, were gracious, and allowed me to do 95% of the talking. To his credit, at meet's end, Anton asked for any books I could recommend on the subject of greatness, while Vince was off photocopying my notes.
