Last night JK steamed 3 bunches of silver beet, and some baby Royal Blue potatoes that I grew and had just harvested this week. The liquid is so dark and enticing, full of at least minerals, if not vitamins and so on, that I cannot bear to discard it. I will refrigerate it and drink it over the next few days.
