Stray Dog Had A Jar Stuck On Her Head Endured Starvation and Thirst For Weeks

No one is sure what happened or how long she was like this. The situation will get worse if she doesn't get help. Rescue volunteers tried to help the dog. But they were forced to take her to VET to have the bottle removed.
