Vindictive. That's the only way to categorize the actions of the City of Burbank after they had the power and phone lines cut from Tinhorn Flats, the oldest bar in town. How do we know it's vindictive and not for medical reasons? Because they did it two days before the ban on indoor dining was to be lifted.
