According to a new report, Trump is working with Newt Gingrich on a contract for America for the 2022 midterms.   The original contract America came in the mid-90s.  Newt Gingrich used the contract with America in 1994 to help the GOP pick up 54 seats in the House and 8 seats in the Senate.
