I re account a situation where bank refused to transfer money...so I sent a cheque and got around their bs 'rules'...(towards the end of this video).
First part of video I talk about how the banking system being down could trick people in to NOT being able to pay mortgages/debt...so "...you'll own nothing...". I think a chequebook could counter that move.
Just some thoughts and suggestion that's all. Be prepared.
