vodka recipe is at the end, just do not add water. i have made liposomal encapsulated vitamin c using this method, many times. do not add water to the vodka recipe. the result is far too watery. and does not make hydrophobic liposomes. when dosing, it should not mix with the water, or stick to the glass. liposomes are created at around 113 degrees Fahrenheit, in a blender, then sonicated at a lower temperature. sonication has its disadvantages, but does make the very small liposomes. vitamin c is destroyed at 347 degrees F. i will make a video, the next time i make a batch.
