Earlier this morning The Russian military slamming targets in Kharkiv... air raid sirens across Kiev. This comes as Russian President Putin declared that NATO is officially at war with Russia. Something we've been saying for years. Not sure why Putin hasn't wanted to admit it until today. Meanwhile President Trump is flying to the EU and as he was leaving he told reporters that Zelensky needs to do a deal with Russia right now. And he said he'll have to sit in between Putin and Zelensky to create a peace agreement.
