On Friday while no one was paying attention (except Jim stone I guess) the United States Supreme Court made some moves that will enable Donald Trump to at least have a fair shake in the States where he is launching his Election Lawsuits.

Here is what the Supreme Court allocated on Friday November 20th, 2020.
Circuit Assignments

It is ordered that the following allotment be made of The Chief Justice and the Associate Justices of this Court among the circuits, pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 42 and that such allotment be entered of record, effective November 20, 2020.

Trump has his top four Justices looking over Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia.
