The USGS ignoring a M4.0 earthquake off the West Coast of the US and Canada while they carry a M4.1 in Canada on land???
Ignoring significant earthquakes as a slow slip happens on the plate in the pacific northwest might not be the wisest thing to do... just sayin'...
Deliberate omission of quakes is what I'd call it.
