This was a live video feed I did on Facebook while dealing with Netflix. I have had a bunch of issues with them allowing people to get my information and change my account. I was told it would never happen again and it was said to be locked that no one could access it. Well, of course, this simply just was not true. Not only did someone access it in India, but they locked me out of my own account, the video is of me trying to explain why this never should have happened and their reaction. I think it is interesting that I could cancel the account without having to prove anything but I could not unlock my account with out proof, its all very shady.
