November 14, 1986, the NCVIA (the Congressional Act that made Pharma immune to liability for the harm some of their products may cause) was signed into law.

This has proven to be tragic mistake which has contributed to countless injustices, harm, the Pharma-Cartel's exploitation of liability immunity, and handed over great power to a corrupt system.

Pharma Manufacturers are the ONLY industry that CAN'T be sued for harm which may have resulted from using these products as they are designed, intended, and directed to be used.

Now is the time to demand the 1986 NCVIA is repealed and restore liability (a vital free-market pressure that gives motivation for product safety and improvements) responsibility to these manufacturers.

The 1986 NCVIA must be repealed and Pharma-product producers must be held accountable for the resulting harm to which their products contribute -- restore manufacturer liability responsibility for all Pharma-products now!
