I was unable to trim the commercial from the start of the video.
The suspect had just left a Dunkin’ Donuts in Philadelphia,PA, when she got into an argument with some people who were standing outside the store. After threatening at least one person, the suspect got into her car and accelerated towards the group, hitting Vince.
