Russian investigators say the bridge explosions in Bryansk and Kursk regions were carried out by terrorists acting on orders from Kiev, deliberately timed and placed to strike civilian targets and cause mass casualties.

Explosive device fragments were recovered from the scenes, according to the Investigative Committee.
