A precious piece of open space, formerly farmland, on the western side of Blackadder Swamp, near Midland, in Perth, Western Australia. I walk across it often, and skirt around large flocks of foraging white ibis, and small family groups of magpies, mudlarks, and such. Reserves such as this must be preserved and strengthened for all.
