The reason you should care is becuz the ultimate goal here has a high probability of heading here, and that's the control of speech. And.consequences for speaking how you feel, regardless of what that is. It's sounds coming out of a mouth. It's completely, the most UNHARMFUL thing a person can do besides breath.
