The system of justice in the United States is being criticized as having more to do with politics and less to do with justice and law. Republicans are accusing the Biden administration of weaponizing the justice system. Other critics say we now have a two-tiered system of justice, which prosecutes cases differently depending on which side of the political aisle they fall on.

According to author and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza, the justice system is being transformed into the types of police states we have seen in totalitarian countries.
