Breakfast for the week?
Eat grapes. Grape juice strengthens the heart and vascular system. It is one of nature's finest blood cleansers that also reduces tumors, eliminates free-radicals, and removes heavy metals and minerals (Morse, pg. 225). When juicing, it is fine to include seed and stems.
