I decided to eat the salad that our dear friend Kim bought for JK 3 days ago, as it has only 2 days now before use-by, and JK did not want to eat it (don’t tell Kim). Digging down, I found the dressing with no details on its composition. I expect that it has unhealthy oils and additives in it, just educated guessing, and so, it’s off to the worm farm it goes.
