It’s important to make sure you’re always observing yourself when performing any exercise when possible. The immediate feedback you receive from looking in a mirror while training can let you know if you’re performing an exercise incorrectly. Even better feedback can be received by having someone more experienced observe you and let you know what, if anything, you’re doing wrong.
