While I was on tour in Ukraine this year I was at a meat market in #Kherson #Ukraine. I told my guide I would like some link sausage. The lady behind the counter understood enough English to know what I wanted. She held up 5 meters of sausage casings. My guide had a meat grinder with a sausage tube.
