Spectrum Cable TV OUT in Central FL (Sept. 9 & 10, 2018)

From about 6 p.m. (9-9-18) to 11 a.m. (9-10-18), I was without cable TV in Melbourne, FL. My calls to customer service were disconnected, the Spectrum website was down also. Nothing from Spectrum, except at their Twitter page, gave me any info about the shutdown.
