ICLEI (The International Council on Local Environmental Initiatives) organizacja pracująca pod ONZ wzywa do ekonomicznego "regresu" w Ameryce i reszcie rozwiniętego świata. Ich światowy kongres w Belo Horizonte, Brazylia, jest jednak przepełniony najlepszym jedzeniem, szampanem i obfitością wszystkiego. Taki poziom hipokryzji jest wręcz uderzający.
